Climate change is the biggest threat for human survival, it has already destroyed many communities around the world, as the catastrophes of climate change escalates a group of young African activists, advocates, researchers and environmentalist with additional support from other regions, saw the urgent need to address climate change’s impact on their continent and the world at large. They founded the African Youth Climate Time Organization (AYCT) to advocate for climate action. AYCT began with the mission to ensure the ability of the Earth to nurture life in all its forms and combat climate change Over time. it gained momentum, attracting diverse talent and advocating for climate policies. By 2030, AYCTO launched the “Green Africa Initiative,” promoting sustainable practices across the continent. By 2024 AYCT will host the first ever Conference in Botswana that will bring transformation to the SADC Region
